Chicken Chausser

Not bad for the first time. had a very strong flavor.

It had nice rich flavor for my first attempt.

Chicken Fricassee


Pretty decent chicken fricassee. It was delicious. 

en papillote

first attempt at en papillote, was a bit overcooked but had nice flavor.

 First attempt at poached chicken, didn't taste to bad either.
















Mayo

Mayo, we learned how to make homemade mayo. I had no idea what what into making it. I have a lot more appreciation now.

Chicken Fabrication

Chicken butchery. We did this many times through out the class. This was my first in the class, I have done it in the past a couple times.

Dean's day


For class we went on the main campus and catered a free lunch for students to recruit them. The experience was nice to add to my repertoire.
