Not bad for the first time. had a very strong flavor.

first attempts at fluted mushrooms, roasted peppers, and supreme lemon.
Chicken Fricassee

Pretty decent chicken fricassee. It was delicious.
coq au vin

It had nice rich flavor for my first attempt.

omelets

top, american omelet. bottom, french omelet. I have some practicing to do with egg flipping.
Chicken Fabrication

Chicken butchery. We did this many times through out the class. This was my first in the class, I have done it in the past a couple times.
poached chicken

First attempt at poached chicken, didn't taste to bad either.
Mayo

Mayo, we learned how to make homemade mayo. I had no idea what what into making it. I have a lot more appreciation now.
en papillote

first attempt at en papillote, was a bit overcooked but had nice flavor.
